RADIO IS A FOREIGN COUNTRY is a nonprofit community radio station and mixtape series. We depend almost enitrely on the generous financial support of our listeners. If you like what we do please consider supporting us with a donation.

Your support will help us:

(1) Cover basic operating expenses. With your help, we can spend more time on curating sounds and music and less time worrying about how we are going to keep the lights on. 

(2) Expand our reach. Your support will allow us to make our broadcasts and livestream available to listeners around the world who might not otherwise have access to our unique programming. This includes fees for terrestrial broadcasting on shortwave as well as radio aggregrator services.  

(3) Dig deeper. Gifts from listeners make it possible for us to dedicate more time and resources to unearthing new and forgotten sounds, preserving them for future generations, and sharing them with the world. 

(4) Launch new projects and collaborations. Your donation will help us forge new partnerships with artists, curators, and institutions who share our passion for exploring and unearthing the hidden treasures of global audio culture and music.

All donors will receive one of our qsl postcards. Those who make a donation of $50 or more ($75 outside the u.s.) will get one of our t-shirts (see below), a qsl postcard, and 3 digital mixtapes.
