From Laos, country of wild nature, spirit cults and novice Buddhists, comes a listening voyage recorded from national radio. Pop songs, agriculture advertising, health counselling and government reports, tells a story from another place on earth very much alive.
Recording and mixing was made by RAM. randomaccessmemory a music producer based in Lisbon (Portugal), is inspired by deep nostalgia and found memories pervading our reality. RAM's sound work plays with the familiar and the unfamiliar to create stories illustrated by analogue and digital synthesizers, field recordings and radio sampling.
