DIGGING IN INDIA: THE WEIRDER SIDE OF INDIAN CINEMA

Updated: Jan 17

Nishant Mittal (Digging in India) explores a “darker” and weirder side of Indian music from rare Bollywood, Bengali, and Kannada soundtracks. Tripped out cult tunes, drug-induced hallucinations and freakout effects, a giraffe-trapping song, a Hindi language remake of an Alfred Hitchcock film, funk and disco from horror films, deranged beats and more.
